I typically invest in companies for returns on capital. Although with Glass House, I’m more and more interested in just watching the biggest cannabis greenhouse come online and seeing if the plant can be created consistently at $100/pound. Growing cannabis is very hard. Growing it consistently is extremely hard. Growing a superior quality product consistently at $100/pound is something just worth supporting.
Here is a great video about one of the processes in the Glass House greenhouse. The technology and process are fun to watch. It is going to be hard for any competitor to compete with Glass House on product and price.
