The permits for Romanera drilling are now in. This is huge news for the IBW land package as it drastically derisks the IBW package. The issuance of notice from the Andalusia department means the permits will be had in 30 days. Once we have the permits then drilling on Romanera will start in Feb ’22. David Gower has mentioned that they are going to “light up” Romanera. So we will have lot more drill rigs getting mobilized soon.
Remember we ended the year with 4 drilling rigs in place, with the 4th one getting mobilized just days before year end. Gower said the 5th rig would be mobilized right after the new year. Now with clock having started on the Romanera permits, we will have many more rigs mobilized in Jan/Feb. So from here on out the news flow on assay results is going to pick up substantially.
2021 was an amazing year for Emerita Resources. Now we start 2022 with a huge bang. The permit new on Romanera just finished the first week of January. We now have the assay results from La Infanta and the AZN resolution to come in the following days to weeks.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 31.3 of Law 7/2007, of July 9, on Integrated Environmental Quality Management of Andalusia, by virtue of the competence attributed by article 7 of Decree 356/2010, of August 3, which regulates the unified environmental authorization, as well as in article 83 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and in article 13.1.e) of Law 1/2014, of June 24 , of Public Transparency of Andalusia,
AGREEMENT
First. The opening of a period of public information, within the administrative procedure related to the file AAU / HU / 075/21, with the name «La Romanera Research Permit no. 15,029 ”, in the municipalities of Puebla de Guzmán and Paymogo (Huelva).
Second. The publication in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía of this agreement, so that during the period established in the following section any natural or legal person can access the information and make, where appropriate, the allegations it deems pertinent.
Third. The public information process will be open for 30 business days, starting from the day following the publication of this Agreement in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía.
