The main thing left with Oroco is the registration of the Santo Tomas and adjoining properties. Oroco recently had its AGM. In it the shareholders approved the acquisition of Altamura.
The PR for the AGM results also mentioned the company got the renewals for 2 of the concessions that are part of the Santo Tomas properties that Oroco owns. The renewal now makes way for the registration to be completed. Once the registration is completed, Oroco will have much more control over Santo Tomas and make it much easier for the company to move forward with the project. Also the registration and acquisition of Altamura will create new demand from institutions that have been sitting on the sideline.
I would guess the registration is not too far behind. Hopefully in days / weeks we get news the registration is done.
