any thoughts on the 27k gold production press release from yukon nevada gold? wondering if there’s a reason they didn’t throw in any cost per ounce numbers?
I’m interested in seeing the Q4 ’11 production numbers and then the first 2 quarter of ’12. The numbers that the company put up for Q2 don’t mean much to me. They won’t be numbers you can project from because of the impact from financing and getting ready for September shutdown. Also the Q2 numbers don’t show if the management successfully executed, as you have financing and upcoming September shutdown problems. The company’s cost of production is going to be extremely high in Q2 and likely for the rest of 2011. This is due to lower production and work related to winterization. I’m glad to see the company is still on track for the September shutdown.
