Sold out of ATSC. We were up 60% in about 4 months. Although the company likely has some upside left, as they are still looking at ‘strategic alternatives’, I think some of the other holding have gotten cheaper.

are you buying into yngff? crazy price action. mariusz/classic value investors saying it’s the orifer warrant buyer that’s affecting the price. any thoughts? any chance you think that they won’t be able to raise the full $150 million? one wild ride – this stock.
I talked w/ Mariusz today and it is not clear what is happening w/ the company. The risk is w/ raising capital for the CapEx. The share price is fluctuating because it is not clear is the company can get the capital for CapEx.
My take is there is much value to be created if YNG can get the capital to do the CapEx and increase production. Sprott has plenty of capital, weather is good for production, gold prices are at a high.
I haven’t sold a single share. At current prices, you can either make a boat load of cash or lose it all.

yngff is definitely a game of clue. hopefully we can find a savior for this one.
From today’s PR and recent conversation w/ management, the company is close to signing a deal w/ a bank for financing. Once this is done all the uncertainty about capital raise will be over. The only big hurdle after the financing is execution. I think once we have the financing done we won’t be trading at these depressed prices for long. The financing deal should be announced soon, in weeks. Also, it looks like yesterday’s trades for below 50 cents have been canceled by the exchange.
Hats off to Marciusz at Classic Value Investors for following up w/ management and the info on financing.
I didn’t buy any shares yesterday but have been buying shares since the Orifet letter came out.
